Let’s understand the idea.
- Each point can be a corner. A straight segment joins two corners.
- Build around the outside. A closed shape has no gap at the end.
- Use the thinking pad to draw something familiar from shapes: perhaps a window, a kite or a roof.
Something to notice
Invite a drawing of a familiar object using shapes, or a model with sticks and clay. Discuss which components represent sides and corners. The app checks specified segment constructions; it does not automatically grade a freehand drawing or physical model.
