Read analog clocks at the hour and half-hour, then write their digital times.

Let’s understand the idea.
- The short hand tells the hour. The long hand tells the minutes after that hour.
- When the long hand points to 12, write :00. When it points to 6, write :30: half past.
- At half past three, the short hand is halfway between 3 and 4. It is still 3:30, because four o'clock has not arrived.
Something to notice
Ask the child to read a real analog clock and write its time. Look for confusion between the long minute hand and short hour hand, and check that half past 12 is 12:30, not 1:30.
